MEET ADAM
Hi everyone, I'm Adam! Welcome to my tour page. After running food tours on weekends for a couple of years on top of working in sales full-time, I'm proud to present four different food tours across the North End, Back Bay, and Union Square, Somerville! We're going to try several of my go-to dishes and neighborhood spots and see what makes each of these neighborhoods so special.
I'll be running a North End Food Tour, a North End Bakery & Cafe Tour, a Back Bay Chocolate & Art Galleries Tour, and a Union Square Food Tour. Each neighborhood has its distinct personality and history, making each tour its own unique adventure. I also run a variety of tailored and customized food & drink tours per client request.
Whether you're visiting the Boston area, new in town, or a local trying to find something fun to do, there's something for everyone while we're Up and Adam.

Apologies for not posting for a while, I’ve been quite busy with the actual running tours part of the business. Some updates:
-A 6:30 pm time slot for the North End Food Tour has been added to the calendar! A bit of a dinner substitute was the original vision when crafting something for the North End, and now it’s been quite fun running it
-The Back Bay Evening Chocolate Tour is being taken off the calendar all together. I am grateful for all the customers, but this tour has run its course
-A new tour is in the works. Stay tuned for updates!
A perfect day for a custom Back Bay Happy Hour Tour with Broadview Ventures! They were looking for a combo of food & drinks downtown for a team outing, so we did the following:

A wonderful night at @galerie_dorsay on Newbury St! They’ve been one of Boston’s premier art dealers since 2000.
Saturday night featured the work of Samir Sammoun, a brilliant Lebanese-Canadian artists who’s now done a dozen solo exhibitions at the Galerie.

I’m incredibly excited to announce the launch of two new tours: the Back Bay Chocolate & Art Galleries Tour and the Back Bay Chocolate at Night Tour, officially launching this Saturday! Thank you so much to all the wonderful vendors who made this possible.
To start, the tour featuring the art galleries will be running on weekends at 11:30 am, and the nighttime version with just the chocolate vendors will be running Wednesday - Saturday at 7:00 pm.
The North End Pastry Tour will be running at 3:00 pm.

A happy 60th birthday to Renata and an enormous thank you to my biggest group yet!
So far, it certainly hasn’t been the groups of 10-12 tourists multiple times a day like it was with Secret Food Tours, but we’ll get there in due time.
It might be cool to tell people you run your own business, but the reality is that when you start a business from zero, it means you have zero existing customer base, zero brand recognition, and zero guaranteed income.
But I really am incredibly grateful for every person who signs up for these tours and trusts me with their valuable time in the Boston area. I can’t wait to see where this goes.

The last tour I’m excited to announce is the North End Pastry Tour! This is Boston’s oldest residential community, and this is an excellent way to satisfy your sweet tooth and learn about one of the more important neighborhoods in the area. Running Sunday and Monday at 12:00 pm, you’ll be tasting the following:
-Sfgoliatella from an underground bakery in a tucked away alley
-Tiramisu from a café with 33 different varieties of tiramisu to choose from
-Florentine cannoli from a 24/7 bakery that’s been a North End institution since 1926
-Chocolate ganache from a family-owned bakery that’s been on Hanover St since 1930

During this tour, each guest will get one drink at the following locations:
-A hip, spacious local hangout spot with a lounge experience reminiscent of a classic New York City-style tavern
-A new, trendy wine bar owned by one of the Boston area’s most acclaimed restaurants
-A Mexico City-inspired restaurant recently named by Boston Magazine as one of the best Mexican spots in the area
-Bow Market, which houses a wine bar, a brewery, a cocktail bar, and over 30 different local vendors

As a couple of you may know, for the past couple of years I’ve been running food tours on weekends in the North End, Harvard Square, and Union Square. Now, I’m excited to announce that I’m making the leap into my own entrepreneurial endeavor and introducing 4 different food tours in Union Square, Somerville and the North End:
-Union Square Breakfast Tour: Wednesday - Saturday, 11:00 am
-Union Square Food Tour: Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 pm
-Union Square Sip & Stroll: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 pm
-North End Pastry Tour: Sunday & Monday, 12:00 pm
I’ll be doing practice runs the next couple of weeks before the full schedule is up and running in mid-July.
